UPSIDE Investments was created in 2014 to manage the US investments of the GELRUBIN / BENITAH Family. The activities of our office focus on real estate investments and developments. Following the path of our French parent company GROUPE TERROT, a family owned entity operating since 1949, we capitalize on potential real estate opportunities and pursue new partnerships; we develop new projects in both established and emerging markets; we create added value for our new or existing assets.
The GELRUBIN/BENITAH Family owns many real estate assets around the globe, including hotels, offices, retail, commercial, senior housing, and residential properties. With a strong presence in France and USA, and investments in Portugal, Switzerland, Israel, and South Africa, we are a modern family office, balancing expertise and ambition.

GROUPE TERROT has been acting as a family real estate fund since 1949 and established one of the most solid dedicated real estate investment activities in France. With private equity Group Terrot has invested in office, retail, residential, hotel and industrial assets in France.
